Free Shipping and Eligibility:
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 to the continental 48 states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We do however ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders that do not meet the $75 threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Delivery:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, provided the items are in stock. In cases where an item is on backorder, you will be notified promptly regarding the expected shipping timeframe. Please note that items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Refunds for Missing Orders:
In the unfortunate event that your order goes missing after being marked as "successfully delivered" by the carrier, we regrettably cannot provide refunds or replacements. This policy includes cases where theft occurs at the delivery site. We kindly request that you provide the most secure and reliable shipping address to minimize the risk of such incidents.

However, if your order has not been marked as "successfully delivered," please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we may investigate and assist you further. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to address any issues within our control.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only deliver within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
